Standard Returns & Exchanges (Within 14 Days)
If you decide to return or exchange an item after the courier has left, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, provided that:

1- The items are in their original, unaltered condition (unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached).
2- The items are in their original packaging.

⚠️ Note on Shipping Fees: For returns or exchanges made after the courier leaves, the customer is responsible for the standard return shipping fee, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
